Controlling Page Order

File Size After Merging

Output size approximately equals the sum of all input files. A 2MB PDF merged with a 3MB PDF produces roughly a 5MB output. Run Compress PDF afterward if the merged file is too large for email or portal upload.

Merging vs Inserting Pages

Merge combines entire PDFs end to end. To insert specific pages from document B between pages of document A, use Split PDF first to extract those pages, then merge the three parts in the desired sequence.
